The Foundation Meeting
January 5, 2003

The foundation meeting of Ka mag-anak is over. The required position have been assigned, the club can start to work now. 

Actually the agenda was quite short. The main point in the agenda was the voting process. The member had to agree on the statutes and the people who had  made themselves available for the various positions in Ka mag-anak. For a detailed description of the elected people there will be a separate page available in this site.

Anyway, the meeting was started on time (Philippine time!, i.e. 20 minutes late). Everybody was quite proud to hear that at this point in time the number of members was already at 48. Because these members are from around the world, only the local people could attend the meeting. But most of the other member had used their right top do the electronic voting, so a personal presence was not required.

After the voting the members took the opportunity to have a visit to the place were the celebration of the foundation is planned on the 15th of March. Again everybody was quite happy to see that the environment was quite nice and now everybody expects that the celebration will be a big success.

Finally everybody went over to the place of Lhiza, where a lot of food was available and there was another chance to do some dance training. Actually there was a lot of fun again. lust have a look at the pictures.
