Oct. 8, 2003	ABS-CBN is transmitting in Europe. 4 Philippines TV station and 2 Philippine radio station can be watched/heard now in Europe as well. Apr. 26, 2003	The Charity Gala Night of the Knights of Rizal in the Maritim Hotel in Darmstadt was a huge success. It was completely sold out. With representatives of more that 20 Philippine oriented clubs and associations Mr. Hartung had a hard time to welcome every single one. He took the chance to to decorate some guests for their outstanding work for the cause of the Philippines with medals from the Knights of Rizal. The dance program was performed by the All Filipino Show band Music@Tcha with their star singer Maloy, who once again got the audience dancing on the dance floor. But the highlight of the night was the performance of the <Children of Mother Earth>. It was incredible, and the guests were standing, shouting and applauding after every single gig. Their music, their acrobatic dancing and the presentation of the folklore from the various parts of the Philippines were the best which many people have ever seen. The <Children or Mother Earth> will still be touring Germany until June, so take a chance and watch one of their performances, it really is worth it. Mar. 25, 2003	Some of our guests at the Ka mag-anak foundation party have registered as new members in Ka mag-anak. So the current count of members is 54.
Mar. 21, 2003	Important news for everybody who maintains a bank account in the Philippines. Beginning 3rd of April the minimum amount which has to stay on the account has been increased from 2000 to 3000 Peso. When there is less on the account, typically every month the amount of 100 Peso is deducted until the account is empty. Furthermore, accounts without any activity for about a year will be frozen.

Fully sold out, with a raffle worth more than 3000 Euro, with guests from around Europe, and representatives of the Philippines and the German authorities we have achieved an event which people will remember for long. Feb. 2, 2003	Unbelievable but true. We are sponsors of the upcoming Elton John Concert on the 12. of July in Darmstadt, organized by the management of the <Darmstaedter Residenzfestspiele). Jan. 28, 2003	It's happening again, the rumors are spreading. Gary Valenciano is coming to Germany end of March or in April 2003, and one German Filipino club is already selling tickets for the price of 45 Euro. Don't buy them, Gary is not coming this March. Check his schedule in his own website: http://www.garyv.com/. We talked to his wife and agent in Manila directly, there are plans to come to Europe for two week after March, but even this contract is not signed yet. His wife asked us to put this information up in as many websites as possible. When there is further information available, you can find them in this website.
Jan. 28, 2003	We did it, the Palawan Chamber Choir is back home. For three month they had toured various countries and cities in Europe and made their fantastic performances. Our Chairwoman Sheryl has made it possible together with the evangelic community in Guntersblum and the local choir (The Swinging Voices), that the Palawan Chamber Choir had their last performance in the church in Guntersblum. This performance was not only one of the high lights of the whole tour, it even gave them the best revenue they ever got. You can find pictures in the websites of Sheryl, Ka mag-anak and Lhiza.

Jan. 6, 2003	Ka mag-anak is founded. 48 people from around the world have found together with the idea of helping people in the Philippines and around the world and officially launched the new association Ka mag-anak.
Jan. 4, 2003	The first official Ka mag-anak meeting will take place on Sunday, the 5th of January 2003, in the restaurant <Marienhof> in Georgenhausen (Reinheim).Time is 15:00 o'clock. All interested people are welcome.
